2026 sees us enter the 19th year of operating Gorsebank Cabins. Its lovely meeting new and returning guests, often fun but its always hardwork and as we get older increasingly tiring.   Our bodies have started to tell us its time to slow down, so in the coming months and over the next year, we'll be making a few changes.

Our Glamp Pods are switching to become Stop Over Pods - budget orientated short stays, ideal for walkers, cyclists and bikers wanting something more practical than a tent.  Although there will no longer be hot tubs, you'll still get a covered outdoor dining area and your own exclusive toilet and showers.

Wigwam Cabins

2026 will be the last year we operate our original Wigwam Cabins.  This is how our story started in 2008 and they have welcomed so many guests, with generations of the same families been welcomed back.  Last year we removed two Wigwams and the replacement, Kabin Noir, will be launched later in the spring.

So if you want a final nostalgia trip to stay in a Wigwam Cabin get booked in.

Four legged guests

We are extending the number of properties into which we welcome dogs.  From February a max of 2 well behaved dogs will be welcome in Bothy No.1, Wigwam Cabins, Cherry Stop Over Pod and our new Kabin Noir. more info

Campervan Pitch

You'll see a campervan pitch become available from Easter. This is definitely more suited to a campervan or small motorhome, max length 6mtrs.  You'll have electric hook up and your own exclusive toilet and shower.

Well-being spaces

We will be putting our old pods to good use. Two of our Contained Bliss cabins will have them exclusively allocated as well-being spaces. Ideal for your yoga, pilates or tai-chi sessions.  Look out for them appearing next to Woodland Copse and Forest Dawn cabins.

Job Vacancy

To help us manage the day to day running of the site and stables we have an opportunity for an equestrian minded person, with their own horse to come and join the team. Click for more details.
